Essential Oil Allergy Trio Recipe

Allergies are my worst enemy as it is for a lot of people. I am one of those rare people whom my allergy doctor told me they read about but rarely ever see.  I’m allergic to so much medication, chemicals, and foods and have terrible seasonal allergies.  When the allergy doctor ran allergy tests on me I went into aliphatic shock immediately.  I actually died three times in the ER before they could stabilize me.  Let me tell you, you don’t want that to happen to you.  It’s no fun!

Benadryl is the most common used medication for allergies and it has always worked for me, but it knocks me out for hours.  It’s impossible to work and take it.  Since I have found and started using Young Living Essential Oils I have found an alternative natural way to relieve my symptoms from my allergies.  I use the Allergy Trio Recipe.  I actually add one additional ingredient to it to you could actually call my recipe the “Allergy Quartet”!  I add Eucalyptus Globulus since it supports a healthy respiratory system.

Below are recipes you can use for inhaling with an inhaler, diffusing, topical, and internally.  My favorite is using the Inhaler. 🙂
