I love Young Living’s Essential Rewards (ER) program and is only available to members with a wholesale account. This is “optional” and members are not required to participate in it. The Essential Rewards program is where you can setup a monthly “autoship” of your favorite oils so you always have them on hand. You have to purchase a minimum of at least 50 PV (PV stands for Point Value). Usually the PV is the same as the wholesale product cost (e.g. if the wholesale cost is $19.75, then the PV would be 19.75. There are exceptions to this, especially when ordering the kits which usually are 100 PV.The Essential Rewards program consists of:
- Easy automatic Monthly shipments (you can change what is on your ER order up through the day is processes)
- Discounted Shipping
- Exclusive Bonuses
- Exclusive Rewards Points
The great thing I love about the ER program, other than the easy automatic monthly shipping, is the rewards points. On each ER shipment I earn rewards points that I can accumulate and use towards future purchases. Say I place and ER order for $100, I will get 10 rewards points.
During the first 6 consecutive months of participating in the ER program I receive points worth 10% of the PV on my ER order. During the second 6 consecutive months I receive points worth 15% of the PV on my ER order. At my 13th month and beyond I receive points worth 20% of my ER order. After participating in the ER program for 2 months, I can start using my points towards my order. I just have to use them up withing a 12-month rolling basis to not loose any, but then again I don’t think I’m going to have an issue with loosing any the way I love my oils.
